Requirements to Apply
  • National Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or Certified Polysomnographic Technician (CPSGT) Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists
  • Current BLS certification (AHA)
  • Experience in Polysomnography
  • Associate degree or two-year technical program in Health Science or related field preferred
  • Successful completion of an accredited Polysomnography program preferred

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Polysomnographer to join our night shift team in Everett, Washington. In this role, you will perform comprehensive sleep disorder testing and provide care for neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in both acute and non-acute care settings.

You ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team including respiratory care practitioners, sleep specialists, neurologists, and advanced practice providers to assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as sleep studies, EEG monitoring, and CPAP titrations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your clinical expertise within a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct sleep disorder testing, including polysomnography, CPAP/BiPAP titrations, MSLT, and MWT procedures
  • Prepare patients for studies, applying sensors and monitoring equipment accurately
  • Monitor patients throughout the night to ensure data accuracy, comfort, and safety
  • Recognize and respond appropriately to critical sleep or respiratory events
  • Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot sleep lab equipment
  • Analyze and score sleep data for physician interpretation
  • Educate patients on sleep hygiene, treatment adherence, and equipment use
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with policy and regulatory standards
