ResponsibilitiesAs a Communications Technician Assistant, you will be trained to install, test, certify, and maintain PacifiCorp communications systems including but not limited to the following voice and data communication systems; telephone systems, analog and digital microwave radio systems, land mobile radio systems, SCADA and MAS systems, power line carrier equipment, telemetry, tone relay, fiber optics nodes and cable, and associated switching and termination equipment. Configure and troubleshoot equipment and create detailed work and maintenance reports. Typically, will be assigned to work with other company personnel on work assignments. Responsible for vehicles, tools and materials supplied by the Company for use in the role. Requirements
