Position: Radiology - Imaging Physician |
Description: We are seeking a board-certified Radiologist for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity. Ideal for radiologists with fellowship training or significant experience in body imaging.
Assignment Overview:
Start date: As soon as credentialed
Ongoing coverage needed to support recruitment efforts
Hospital-based setting supporting multiple sites
Open to remote readers (must be fellowship-trained in body imaging or have equivalent experience)
Flexible call participation negotiable based on candidate preference
Credentialing estimated at approximately 3 months
Case Mix Includes:
Practice Environment:
Academic and community hospital settings
Fully integrated systems: Epic, PowerScribe, Intelerad PACS
Trauma Levels I & II
Teleradiology infrastructure in place
Collaborative group of over 40 radiologists
Travel & Logistics:
Standard travel arrangements available for on-site locums
Local providers preferred; remote providers welcome but not eligible for travel reimbursement
Parking reimbursement for local on-site candidates
Requirements:
Board Certified in Radiology
Fellowship trained in Body Imaging (required)
Active Illinois medical license
BLS certification required
