Description: Physician - Family Medicine - HSHS Medical Group Shiloh, Illinois HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Primary Care Physician for our clinic in Shiloh, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System. Practice Highlights -Well established, growing practice -Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week -Minimal call through group shared call -100% Outpatient Practice -Strong support staff available -EPIC EMR Position Requirements -Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start -Board Certified or Board Eligibility -2+ years of prior practicing experience is preferred, but not required Compensation & Benefits Package -2 year base guarantee -20 days off + 6 holidays per year -CME Reimbursement + days available per fiscal year -Opportunities to earn patient outcome/patient satisfaction bonuses -Sign-on bonus, housing incentive, and relocation assistance all available -Residency stipend available for physicians finishing training Pay range: $300,000-$399,406 Education Qualifications
