• Multi-specialty practice setting. Group has 6 Internal Medicine, 2 Pediatricians, 2 OB/GYNs, 1 Rheumatologist, 1 Part-time Psychiatrist, 1 part-time Ophthalmologist, 2 Part-time Dentists, 1 Optometrist, 3 LPCs and 15 APP s. Center has 215 total employees.


• 
  Group is hiring for a permanent full-time DENTIST.


• Scope of Practice: General Family Dentistry.


• Base salary range is from $140,000 - $170,000, based on experience and overall credentials. Potential for up to $22,315 extra on a very achievable Productivity Bonus scale.


• Production bonus is based on patient visit volume.


• Expected to see 12-16 patients per day.


• Guaranteed base salary never drops while employed. Quality measure bonus is also available.


• Dental Health HPSA score is 24 if you require National Health Service Corp (NHSC) loan repayment program or NHSC Scholarship placement.


• Current EMR is MediaDent. Migrating to eClinicalWorks on October 6, 2025.


• Benefits include 403-B retirement with 3% match after 3 months. CME $1,500, books and journals, membership dues, health and life insurance, & cost-based relocation expenses up to $7,000.


• Federal FTCA malpractice insurance coverage (tail included).


• 32 days off (PTO) in year one including paid holidays and 5 CME days. Vacation time goes up in years 1 5 with total days off going up to 40 days off per year after 5 years. In years 6-10 the PTO goes up to 50 days off after 10 years with incremental increases each year.


• Eligible for promotion to Dental Section Director after 90-day probationary period.
