Facility: CHI Health Good Samaritan

Patient Population: 60% adult, 40% geriatric
Responsibilities: Provide radiation oncology services, including supervision of other healthcare providers
Required Procedures: Provider must be able to perform SRS and SBRT
EMR System: EPIC, Mosaiq
Support Staff: One APP will provide coverage
Reason for Coverage: Vacation coverage
Average Scheduled Patients per Day: 20
