Opportunity: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Urgent Care Job Details: • 0.9 FTE position in a fast-paced, acute walk-in care setting• Provide care utilizing advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills• Work independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals• Deliver healthcare to individuals and families with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention• Practice at sites in Virginia, Duluth, and Superior, Wisconsin• Enjoy perks including 1:1 provider to staff ratio, excellent team support, and high level of autonomy• Opportunity to work at top of licensure with desired skills in suturing, ortho, and innovation• New graduates welcome to apply• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday-Sunday 8am-6pm, with every third weekend• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies required• Current NP/PA licensure in Minnesota and Wisconsin required• Current CPR certification and national certification in applicable area needed• Starting bonus and retention bonuses available Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. |
