Description: Primary Care - Central California Non-profit, community-based health center is seeking a BC/BE Family Practitioner to join their team Base salary: $285,000 - $413,000 plus significant additional earning potential Full time position with alternative scheduling options available Outpatient only - full-scope primary care Average patient volume: 20-26 per shift, depending on length of shift Scheduling guidelines in place to ensure providers do not have back to back complex visits EMR: eCW Primarily Spanish speaking patient population - Ability to speak Spanish encouraged Provide primary care services including pediatric, adult, women's care, and office-based procedures Full benefits package offered including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 403b & 457b retirement plans, CME, malpractice coverage with gap, PTO, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, productivity & quality incentive programs, and more!
