Description: Job Details
- Monday - Friday work schedule
- Conducting Medicare assessments in members homes
- This is only until service center opens
- Then it will be 4-days a week at the center (1 day in homes)
- First half of the day is seeing patients in the field
- Second half of day is charting from home
- 5 patients/day in the field
- 8 patients/day in service center
- One week orientation in New Orleans (all costs covered)
- EMR is E-Clinical Works (ECW)
- Travel reimbursement when seeing members in their homes
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range $110,000 - $115,000
- Bonus of up to 10% of base salary
- $1850 CME reimbursement
- 5 days off towards CME
- 23 PTO days off
- 9 Holidays off

Requirements
- One year experience
- Comfortable with travelling to members homes
