Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Residency Trained in EM, IM, or FP with Emergency Medicine experience
- Active LA License or IMLC
- Flu or Other Immunizations Required (Waiver Considered)
- Expedited Locum Privileges Available with Active LA License & Clean File
