Une offre de stage intitul©e Stage en Projets RH Transnationaux (F/H) vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus SAS sur son site de Blagnac - Wings Campus.


Vous rejoindrez une ©quipe au sein du d©partement HRBP Engineering en charge de la strat©gie, de la transformation et de la gestion des ressources humaines pour le p©rim¨tre Engineering France, incluant le Centre d'essais en vol et d'int©gration (FITC).



Ce stage consistera   assister le Senior HR Business Leader dans son r´le transnational pour 1400 employ©s, en pilotant l'adaptation et le d©ploiement du People Tempo , en assurant le reporting et la consolidation des donn©es RH (diversit©, performance) et en supportant les projets transversaux (diversit©, workplace ).



Ce stage d©bute en F©vrier 2026 pour une dur©e de 6 mois.


Ce poste n©cessite d'ªtre ©ligible   une habilitation export control par les autorit©s reconnues.



T¢ches et responsabilit©s :



Encadr© par votre tuteur, vous d©velopperez vos comp©tences en travaillant sur les activit©s suivantes :

  • Adapter et diffuser le People Tempo RH pour le p©rim¨tre transnational (1400 employ©s).

  • ‰tablir et suivre r©guli¨rement le tableau de bord des indicateurs cl©s de performance RH ( headcount , diversit©, etc.).

  • Pr©parer et consolider les ©l©ments n©cessaires au bon d©roulement des processus RH transnationaux (campagnes salariales, performance, ©valuations, etc.).

  • Assister   la mise   jour de Workday et g©rer les politiques/processus RH sp©cifiques non g©rables en libre-service.

  • Soutenir les projets transversaux (diversit©, environnement de travail, suivi d'organisation) et animer la communaut© HRBP.

  • Pr©parer des ©v©nements et supports de communication RH, et contribuer   la strat©gie RH.




Comp©tences & Pr©requis :



Vous allez int©grer une formation de niveau Bac+4 / Bac+5 (Master 1 ou 2) dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines ou un domaine ©quivalent pour un stage d une dur©e de 6 mois.


Vous avez les connaissances et comp©tences suivantes :


  • Comp©tences techniques : Connaissance des processus et des outils RH (Workday), Ma®trise avanc©e de la suite Google (feuilles, pr©sentations) et de l'analyse des donn©es RH, Exp©rience en gestion de projet et en gestion du changement (indispensable).


  • Soft skills : Esprit proactif et capacit© d'anticipation, Autonomie et rigueur, Capacit©   entretenir des relations positives dans un environnement exigeant, Solides comp©tences interpersonnelles et orient© vers les solutions.

  • Comp©tences linguistiques :

An internship offer entitled Transnational HR Projects Internship (F/H) has just opened within Airbus SAS at its Blagnac - Wings Campus site.


You will join a team within the HRBP Engineering department in charge of the strategy, transformation, and management of Human Resources for the Engineering France perimeter, including the Flight & Integration Test Centre (FITC).



This internship will consist of assisting the Senior HR Business Leader in their transnational role for 1400 employees by driving the adaptation and deployment of the People Tempo , ensuring HR data reporting and consolidation (diversity, performance), and supporting cross-functional projects (diversity, workplace).



This internship will start in February 2026 for a duration of 6 months.


This position requires eligibility for export control clearance by recognized authorities.



Tasks & Responsibilities:



Under the guidance of your tutor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:

  • Adapt and deploy the HR People Tempo for the transnational perimeter (1400 employees).

  • Establish and regularly monitor the HR key performance indicator dashboard ( headcount , diversity targets, etc.).

  • Prepare and consolidate the necessary elements for transnational HR processes (salary campaigns, performance reviews, team assessments, etc.).

  • Assist with Workday updates and manage specific HR policies/processes that cannot be handled via self-service.

  • Support transversal projects such as diversity, workplace, and organizational setup; actively animate the HRBP community.

  • Lead event preparation, prepare HR communication materials, and contribute to various transversal projects such as HR strategy.




Skills & Prerequisites:



You are preparing for a Bac+4 / Bac+5 level (Master 1 or 2) degree in Human Resources or a related field for a 6-month internship.


You have the following knowledge and skills:


  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of HR processes and tools (Workday), Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, etc.) and HR data analysis, Experience in project management and change management is essential.


  • Soft Skills: Proactive mindset and anticipation skills, Autonomy and rigor, Ability to maintain positive working relationships in a demanding professional environment, Strong interpersonal and solution-oriented skills.

  • Language Skills:


    English: Advanced


    French: Fluent
