Vous rejoindrez une İquipe d une trentaine de personnes au sein du dİpartement HUU en charge du dİveloppement individuel et collectif des leaders afin de participer la transformation de l entreprise Airbus d un point de vue leadership, dİveloppement personnel et culturel. Ce stage consistera : aider les İquipes en solutions individuelles et solutions collectives pour la mise en place de solutions, visant contribuer au dİveloppement des leaders et transformer la culture d'entreprise. Ce stage, d'une durİe de 6 mois, dİbutera idİalement en Janvier (cette pİriode est indicative et pourra Ştre ajustİe). Vos principales missions consisteront :

Your mission, should you choose to accept it: An internship opportunity entitled Human Resources Intern: Leadership Solutions Development (m/f) has just opened at the Airbus Leadership University at its Blagnac site. You will join a team of around 30 people in the HUU department, which is responsible for the individual and collective development of leaders, in order to participate in the transformation of the Airbus company from a leadership, personal and cultural development perspective. This internship will consist of: assisting teams with individual and collective solutions for the implementation of solutions aimed at contributing to the development of leaders and transforming the corporate culture. This internship, lasting 6 months, will ideally begin in January (this period is indicative and may be adjusted). Your main responsibilities will include:
