Job Summary: NAVBLUE, an Airbus Company, is currently seeking a VIE Commercial Operations Specialist to join our growing team. The Commercial Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial activities. This role involves coordinating and managing various operational aspects of our sales and commercial processes to ensure seamless execution and delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses strong organizational skills. Within the Commercial Office (CO), the Commercial Operations Specialist will primarily report to the Head of Commercial Operations, based at our headquarters in France. For day-to-day management and local support, the candidate will be attached to the Head of Region Sales, based in the VIE location. This dual reporting structure ensures alignment with both global commercial operations and local regional needs. The Commercial Operations Specialist will be responsible for attributed Commercial Operations functions as described below:
