Description of the proposed tasks By delegation and in support of those in charge of the following areas ⢠Compensation and benefits, ⢠Social relations and policies ⢠Labour law ⢠Personnel administration You will learn about and be involved in the following activities: ACTIVITIES ⢠Maintain various tracking files and indicators related to remuneration and benefits ⢠Participate in the development, updating and deployment of various support files for the various annual campaigns related to remuneration (salary increases, performance bonuses, etc.) ⢠Provide support for the effective management of HR social control (monitoring and analysis of changes in the wage bill, simulations and financial impact assessments, cost optimization) ⢠Support local HR managers in the deployment of measures related to remuneration and employee benefits ⢠Prepare and organize meetings with employee representatives (meeting invitations, organization and logistics of meetings, monitoring of administrative documents related to the organization of meetings, preparation of meeting materials, etc.) ⢠Manage the monitoring of expenses/budgets for employee and/or union representatives and other activities related to employee representation (e.g. mandatory postings, monitoring of delegation hours) ⢠Manage by delegation some of the activities related to staff administration (addenda, certificates, various correspondence, requests for union training leave) ⢠Contribute to monitoring and updating the Economic, Social and Environmental Database (BDESE) ⢠Prepare certain legal documents (summary notes, documents, etc.) Contribute to preparing departmental materials and deliverables (particularly PowerPoint presentations, requiring attention to form and content) ⢠Draft communication materials (internal and external to the department) This internship is for you if: Internship integrated into a bachelor's degree (BAC+3) or master's degree (Master 1/Master 2) programme specialising in Human Resources Management and/or Social Law and/or Social Management Control EXPECTED SKILLS Professional skills: . click apply for full job details |
