Watsonville, CA Full-Time $170,000 $185,000 + $15K Sign-On Bonus
We re offering an exceptional opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) to join our innovative, employer-sponsored advanced primary care clinic in Watsonville, California. What You ll Bring:
Active and unrestricted NP or PA license (Family Medicine preferred)
Full prescribing authority, including DEA certification
Independent clinical experience managing routine wellness, chronic disease, and urgent care needs
CPR/BLS certification at start date
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
