• You'll step into a high-demand practice with a full patient panel from a retiring physician


• Serve a large 42-county catchment area with minimal GI competition


• Fully equipped, 30,000 sq. ft. Endoscopy Center with 10,000+ sq. ft. of procedure space


• Opportunity for ERCP/EUS if desired; not required

• Work alongside GI-trained APPs, dedicated NPs, and experienced RNs and surgical techs


• Strong clinical infrastructure with 4 MAs per pod and streamlined clinic flow


• Supportive leadership and access to top-tier facilities and resources

• 4 full days of outpatient procedures (7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.)


• 1 day split between clinic and administrative time


• Flexible scheduling options available, including 3 weeks per month with extended time off


• No inpatient duties, no call, and no weekends

• Base salary of $650K-$700K with significant RVU upside


• Signing bonus, CME allowance, malpractice with tail coverage
