Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to work OBGYN locum 24 hour in house call shifts in Winchester, Kentucky (KY). Starting in October , the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The Obstetrics and Gynecology role:

Shift Types:

24-hour in house call shifts (8:00 AM-8:00 AM).

5 patients/shift

550 deliveries/year

EMR: MedHost

• Management of low- and high-risk pregnancies


• Fetal heart rate interpretation (NST, CST, FSE)


• OB ultrasound performance and interpretation (Level I & II)


• Routine and complex deliveries (vaginal, low forceps, C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions)


• VBACs and repair of 3rd/4th degree lacerations


• Surgical gynecology (minor and major procedures)

Requirements of the Obstetrics and Gynecology role:

KY license active and unrestricted

BC-Obstetrics/Gynecology

Covid Vaccination - required, or medical exemption
