Emergency Medicine Physician (Locums)
Location: Pennsylvania
Start Date: December 1, 2025
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts: days, swings, nights, weekends
- Minimum 8 10 shifts per month
- Coverage: Scheduled shifts only, no call
- No block scheduling
- Holiday coverage available at 1.5 rate
Assignment Details
- Must be flexible to float between multiple hospital locations
- Observed Holidays: paid at premium rate
- All hours billable
- EMR: Cerner
- High-acuity procedures may be required on night shifts (intubations, central lines, chest tubes)
- Patient population: All ages
Requirements
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM required)
- Active PA medical license (IMLC accepted)
- Certifications: BLS, DEA
- Minimum 1 year EM experience
- Clean malpractice preferred
- Credentialing: days (expedited options available)
