Practice Details

• Outpatient-only model within a mission-driven, community-focused health system


• Provide care for children, adolescents, and adults in a renovated, integrated clinic space


• Strong administrative and mid-level support to streamline workflow


• No hospital duties, no inpatient rounding, and no call

Schedule

• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm


• No nights, weekends, or call obligations


• Lower patient volume to support thoughtful, relationship-based care


• Built-in administrative time each week

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary with opportunities for performance incentives

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry


• Comfortable treating children, adolescents, and adults
