• 
  Schedule: Full time, 5 shifts per week, 4 weeks per month, 8 hours per day. Call 1 week out of every 3 (regular hours during the day with evening call on weekdays, 24-hour call on weekends - phone only, no onsite call back). Patient appointments scheduled 9-12 and 1-4:30pm.


• 
  Job Setting: Oncology clinic attached to chemo treatment center and hospital.


• 
  Types of Cases: 12-15 patient encounters per shift


• 
  Credentialing: 90 days.

• 
  Board Certified/Board Eligible: Minimum Board Eligible required; Board Certified preferred


• 
  Certifications: BLS, Fellowship required


• 
  Licensure: Active CA license required
