What You'll Do:

Provide compassionate phone-based collections support

Work across multiple software systems during calls

Help consumers resolve accounts in a compliant, ethical manner

What You'll Bring:

High school diploma or GED required

Collections experience preferred (1+ years)

Strong multitasking and communication skills
