Position: Multi skilled joiner |
Description: We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our team and undertake a wide range of repairs, maintenance tasks, and defect works across residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, delivering high-quality workmanship, and ensuring a safe and professional service at all times. Key Responsibilities -
Carry out joinery repairs, including doors, frames, skirting, architraves, flooring, and kitchen components -
Undertake defect rectification and maintenance tasks to a high standard -
Complete multi-trade work where required (e.g., basic plumbing, patch plastering, minor tiling) -
Diagnose issues, identify materials required, and complete work efficiently -
Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and site regulations -
Maintain accurate records of completed work and report any further issues -
