• Oversees daily operations and staffing for Pre-Op, PACU, PAT, and Endoscopy units

Your Role

• Manage daily operations of Pre-Op, PACU, PAT, and Endoscopy units

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and productivity for perioperative services

• Ensure patient flow and optimal use of resources, equipment, and supplies

• Participate in performance improvement and maintain regulatory compliance

• Monitor and report on departmental statistics and outcomes

• Conduct staff development, evaluations, and competency assessments

• Maintain high standards of clinical expertise and perioperative best practices
