Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns received by phone or email. Efficiently process quotations to be developed and orders to be processed. Provide technical assistance in product selection (excluding systems and engineering projects). Offer customers the use of stock items. Match competitor part numbers to appropriate Wainbee products. Manage the processing of returned items. Work in conjunction with outside sales representatives to develop and support company marketing programs.
Degree or Certification in a technical/mechanical field or a combination of experience and education. Experience in hydraulics and/or pneumatics. 3+ years experience in technical inside sales. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience with a corporate ERP system would be considered an asset. Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
