Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un Superviseur aux op©rations (quart de soir) pour rejoindre notre ©quipe des op©rations bas©e   Mirabel (Qu©bec, Canada).


L'organisation de l'©quipe est ©tablie de mani¨re   promouvoir la collaboration transversale de mani¨re autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre profil:



  • Vous avez au moins cinq (5) ann©es d'exp©rience en gestion dans un milieu syndiqu©, dans l'industrie manufacturi¨re ou a©rospatiale id©alement;


  • Vous avez d'excellentes comp©tences en gestion;


  • Vous faites preuve d'un leadership, d'un jugement, d une flexibilit© tr¨s forte et ªtes capable de travailler avec un minimum de supervision;


  • Vous ªtes ax© sur les r©sultats, capable de respecter des d©lais serr©s et   l'aise de travailler sous pression et vous avez le sens de l'urgence;


  • Vous avez de solides comp©tences en communication; Vous avez une bonne compr©hension des principes du lean manufacturing et de l'am©lioration continue;


  • Vous ma®trisez le fran§ais et l'anglais.

The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Production Supervisor (evening shift) to join our operations team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).


The team organization is established to promote autonomous, cross-functional collaboration, with mutual support and collective learnin g.

  • Exercise your leadership while respecting the company's vision and values;

  • You have management experience in a unionized environment, ideally in the manufacturing or aerospace industry;


  • You have excellent management skills; You demonstrate very strong leadership, judgment, flexibility and are able to work with minimal supervision;


  • You are results-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines, comfortable working under pressure and have a sense of urgency;


  • You have strong communication skills;


  • You have a good understanding of the principles of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement;


  • You are fluent in French and English.
