Schedule: 2 weeks/month (consecutive preferred), 8am 5pm, M F
Job Setting: 95% outpatient / 5% inpatient
Types of Cases: Hematology/Oncology consults and follow-ups
Credentialing: Estimated 60 days
Minimum Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible: Yes
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Licensure: Michigan license required (IMLC not accepted)
