Position: Family Practice - Without OB Physician |
Description: Deaconess Clinic is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Med-Peds Physician to join our expanding team at the Deaconess Clinic-Morganfield location. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, outpatient-focused setting with a collaborative team. You will join a group of two family practitioners and two Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), providing care to a diverse patient population.
Location: Deaconess Clinic Morganfield, Kentucky
Position: Full-Time BC/BE Family Medicine or Med-Peds Physician
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8 am 5 pm), 4-4.5 days/week
Practice Type: 100% Outpatient, Inpatient Coverage by Hospitalist Group
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient care in a 100% outpatient setting (inpatient coverage provided by Deaconess Hospitalist group).
- Work Monday to Friday (8 am 5 pm), with the opportunity to work 4-4.5 days per week.
- Share limited outpatient call coverage.
- Collaborate with an established team of family practitioners and APPs.
- Opportunities to take on inpatient or ER work if desired.
- Utilize the shared Epic EMR system, integrated across Deaconess clinics and hospitals.
Qualifications:
- BC/BE in Family Medicine or Med-Peds.
- A passion for providing patient-centered, outpatient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Desire to live and work in the Morganfield area, contributing to the local community s health and well-being.
