A well-respected outpatient rehabilitation group in the Augusta area is seeking a Supervising Physical Therapist to join their team. This leadership role offers the opportunity to provide direct patient care while also overseeing and mentoring a dedicated therapy staff. Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions. -
Provide direct patient care using evidence-based physical therapy techniques. -
Supervise and support a team of therapists and assistants, ensuring high-quality care and efficient clinic operations. -
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. -
Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation, and compliance standards. -
Contribute to staff training, mentoring, and professional development. Requirements:

Master s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. -
Current Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligibility). -
Previous outpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred. -
Strong leadership and communication skills. -
