DESCRIPTION DE L'EMPLOI :

Vous aurez la responsabilit© d'un portefeuille de clients (soci©t©s Immobili¨res, holdings et soci©t©s de financement). Vous serez l'interface entre le management et les ©quipes juniors, vous prendrez en charge la qualit© des prestations fournies.

Vos Responsabilit©s Incluront :
• Supervision technique, revue, coaching et formation des collaborateurs junior ;
• Ex©cution et revue de travaux de comptabilit©, reportings mensuels, trimestriels et annuels
• Participation et supervision de missions de r©vision et d'©tablissement des Comptes annuels ;
• Assistance aux commissaires aux comptes lors de leurs travaux d'audit l©gal des soci©t©s clientes ;
• Pr©paration et revue des d©clarations fiscales diverses (liasses fiscales, TVA, CVAE,) et contacts avec les autorit©s fiscales si n©cessaire ;

• L'ensemble de ces travaux sont faits sous la supervision des Managers

VOTRE PROFIL :

• Vous ªtes titulaire du DCG ou DSCG ou d'un dipl´me universitaire en comptabilit© et finance ou ©conomie ;
• Vous disposez d'une premi¨re exp©rience d'encadrement ;
• Vous avez au moins 4 ans d'exp©rience en cabinet d'expertise comptable (la connaissance de la comptabilit© immobili¨re sera consid©r©e comme un plus) ;
• Vous avez une bonne ma®trise des outils informatiques (Excel, Word, la ma®trise de Sage G©n©ration Expert est un plus) ;
• Vous disposez de bonnes qualit©s de communication ©crite et orale en fran§ais et en anglaise ;
• Vous ªtes rigoureux et organis© ;
• Vous poss©dez l'esprit d'©quipe, la capacit©   construire des relations fortes avec les clients et aimez prendre des initiatives.
