Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in a close-knit island community off the coast of New England. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule (8:00 AM 4:30 PM) with rotating weekend and holiday coverage. To help with relocation, a 6-month housing stipend is available for those moving to the area. Key Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based physical therapy for patients in an inpatient setting. -
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize recovery outcomes. -
Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans. -
Document patient progress accurately and meet compliance standards. -
Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and mobility techniques. Qualifications

Licensed (or eligible) as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts. -
Experience in inpatient, acute care, or hospital-based therapy preferred. -
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -
