Surgical Technician – Four 10-Hour Shifts (Monday–Friday)

Position Overview

• Assist in preparing the operating room with necessary instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies

• Maintain a sterile field and anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures

• Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants

• Perform sponge, needle, and instrument counts with the circulator

• Assist with room turnover and preparation for subsequent cases

• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process
