Job Title: Construction Project Manager Location: Paris, TX or McKinney, TX Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in managing commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements.
  • Oversee project budgets, track costs, and manage change orders.
  • Supervise and mentor on-site staff and subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular visits to job sites to ensure progress and quality standards are being met.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred 10 years of experience in general construction project management, with a strong background in commercial and school construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in project management software, MS Office Suite, and scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal construction codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work from Paris, TX or McKinney, TX and travel as needed between sites.
