We're a customer-focused hardware retailer with multiple locations serving both DIY homeowners and professional contractors. We take pride in offering quality products, competitive pricing, and outstanding service - and that starts with having the right inventory on our shelves.

As a Buyer, you'll play a key role in keeping our stores stocked with the tools, hardware, and supplies our customers depend on. You will:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase merchandise across multiple product categories.
  


• Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and market conditions to make data-driven buying decisions.

• Manage all aspects of inventory from developing plan o grams to clearance and closeout.
  


• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and distributors.
  


• Coordinate with store managers to forecast product needs and plan promotions.
  


• Monitor product performance, manage pricing, and identify new opportunities.
  


• Ensure product assortments reflect seasonal trends and local customer demand.

• Previous buying or purchasing experience (hardware or retail industry preferred).
  


• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  


• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
  


• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
  


• A passion for hardware, construction, or retail is a big plus!
