Position Details
Full-Time (5-day work week, including Saturdays)
May consider 4 days if Saturday is included
- Daily volume target: 15 patients/day
- Onsite hygienist and full clinical support team
Clinical Scope
- All general dentistry:
- Fillings
- Crowns
- Partials & Complete Dentures
- Hygiene procedures
- Anterior endo (preferred, not required)
- Specialized cases referred out
- Full-spectrum general dentistry experience required
Compensation & Benefits
Up to $1,000/day guarantee (valid through contract duration)
Tiered Production Model (%)
- Dentist earns the higher of production or guarantee
- Must reach daily guarantee to activate percentage-based pay
