Description: Pain Management APRN in NH We are seeking an experienced Pain Management APRN to join our team in New Hampshire. This position requires a candidate with a background in pain management, and we are not considering new graduates at this time. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional care to patients seeking pain management treatment
- Perform thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide patient education on pain management strategies and resources
Requirements: - Valid APRN license in the state of New Hampshire
- Certification or experience in pain management specialty
- Demonstrated experience working with chronic pain patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
