• 
  Market Development: Identify and drive business opportunities in international export market China


• 
  Customer & Distributor Management: Build strong partnerships with key partners to drive growth and market presence.


• 
  Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement tailored go-to-market plans, including pricing, positioning, and channel strategies.


• 
  Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in Germany and China (Sales, Marketing, Supply, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.


• 
  Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to support strategic decisions.


• 
  Business Planning: Build business cases, sales forecasts, and growth plans for new and existing markets.

• Education: University degree in Business, International Management, or related field.


• Experience: 3-4 years in business development, sales, or key account management, ideally in FMCG and with exposure to China.


• China Expertise: Strong understanding of the Chinese market and consumer dynamics.


• E-commerce Knowledge: Familiar with platforms like Tmall, JD, and Douyin, including cross-border trade.


• Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven thinking and business case development skills.


• Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and intercultural communication skills.


• Languages: Fluent in Chinese and English; German is a plus.


• Tools: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
