License: California License Required
Board Certification Required
Hours: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
Patient Volume: Averaging between 5-8 new patients per day + Follow-up consults
Practice Focus: General neurology
Starts ASAP and will be ongoing
Currently Seeking at least 2 weeks per month
Credentialing time will be a minimum of 60 days
