Position Summary As a Medical Technologist I, you ll play a vital role in supporting diagnostic care by performing a broad range of laboratory analyses. You'll ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with quality standards, contributing directly to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. -
Perform clinical laboratory testing with accuracy and efficiency -
Follow established testing protocols and quality assurance procedures -
Prepare reagents and manage inventory for lab operations -
Troubleshoot instrument or test issues and assist in system maintenance -
Support procedure reviews and compliance for laboratory accreditation -
Participate in staff meetings, training, and performance assessments -
Communicate clearly with leadership and clinical team members Qualifications -
Bachelor s degree in Medical Technology or a related field (required) -
MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or equivalent certification required within one year of hire - 3+ years' experience
