Medical Technologist I - Generalist - Sign On Bonus

As a Medical Technologist I, you ll play a vital role in supporting diagnostic care by performing a broad range of laboratory analyses. You'll ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with quality standards, contributing directly to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.

• Perform clinical laboratory testing with accuracy and efficiency

• Follow established testing protocols and quality assurance procedures

• Prepare reagents and manage inventory for lab operations

• Troubleshoot instrument or test issues and assist in system maintenance

• Support procedure reviews and compliance for laboratory accreditation

• Participate in staff meetings, training, and performance assessments

• Communicate clearly with leadership and clinical team members

• Bachelor s degree in Medical Technology or a related field (required)

• MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or equivalent certification required within one year of hire

• 3+ years' experience

• Registry-eligible candidates will be considered
