We're looking for confident, reliable, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our team and support local schools across Alfreton and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience, develop your skills, and play an active role in helping students succeed. About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: -
Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absences -
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students stay engaged and on task -
Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment -
Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour -
Support the wider school community where needed About You We're looking for individuals who: -
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills -
Are confident managing a classroom environment -
Are proactive, adaptable, and able to think on their feet -
Have a genuine passion for education and supporting young people -
Ideally have experience in a school or youth setting (not essential) -
