Are you a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced hospital setting? Join our dedicated team, where your clinical expertise and patient-centered approach will support quality respiratory care across all shifts and patient populations.


Position Overview

As a Certified Respiratory Therapist, you will provide essential respiratory care services to patients with acute and chronic respiratory issues. You ll work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based therapies, including in emergency and critical care environments. This role includes rotating weekends and may be assigned to either day or night shifts based on operational needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a variety of respiratory treatments including oxygen therapy, bronchodilator administration, chest physiotherapy, and incentive spirometry

  • Set up and monitor ventilators and non-invasive ventilation equipment

  • Perform arterial blood gas draws and analyze results to guide therapy adjustments

  • Respond to emergency situations including Code Blue and Rapid Response calls

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient interventions and therapy outcomes

  • Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment in compliance with hospital standards

  • Participate in care planning and patient education as part of the interdisciplinary team
