We are seeking a compassionate physician to join our Pain and Rehabilitation Program, providing comprehensive care to veterans through clinical evaluation and treatment in the outpatient Pain Program and PM&R clinics, as well as inpatient care. The role involves medication management, including opioids and pain procedures, along with non-medication treatments like physical therapy, acupuncture, and chiropractic care. The physician will support opioid safety initiatives, ensure clinical appropriateness of care, and educate PM&R residents. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, coordination of pain care services, and involvement in performance improvement activities are key responsibilities. This position offers the opportunity to positively impact veterans' lives and contribute to the growth of comprehensive pain rehabilitation programs.
