Description: A community health care organization located in Irvine, California is looking for a Family Practice Physician.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice Physician
- Must be capable of seeing both children and adults
- Familiarity with chronic care models and population health management
- Mon-Fri - 9-5
- Depending on a second language spoken - would either be working in Buena Park or Irvine
- 18 patients per day
- EMR used is NextGen
- Will work with a staff with other providers and support
- Base salary with full benefits and much more
- $260-320K based on experience and open to discussion for the right candidate
