Feb 2-6, 20, 27

Mar 9-13, 15-20

May 4-8, 11-15, 18-22, 28-29

June 22-26, 29-30

July 1-2, 27-31

Aug 3-7, 10-14, 17-21, 24-28, 31

Sept 1-4, 8-11, 14-18, 21-25, 28-30

Oct 1-2, 5-9

Nov 2-6, 9-13, 16-20, 23-25, 27

Dec 14-18, 21-24, 28-31.

Pay: Starting at $125-$140/hour

Requirements: Active DEA with all schedules and CSR (if required by the state)

Support Staff: 2 DAs, 1 Lab Tech, 1 DH, office manager, front office admin

What you'll do:

• Preventive care, comprehensive exams, restorative care


• Fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, RCTs, dentures
