From the beaches & mountains to the desert and vineyards, this region offers an unbeatable lifestyle & career balance.OVERVIEW MondayFriday, 100% outpatient with NO nights or weekends Manageable daily census emphasizing quality over volume Work with a collaborative care team including NPs, MAs, and health coaches Provide care focused on prevention, chronic disease management &population healthROLE Provide comprehensive primary care to adult & senior patients in an outpatient clinic Manage acute & chronic conditions while focusing on preventive medicine & wellness Partner with care teams to meet quality metrics such as HEDIS & STAR measures Participate in daily huddles, team meetings & ongoing process improvement efforts Build meaningful patient relationships thru education & continuity of carePACKAGECompensation: Base salary of $230K$285K (commensurate with experience) Annual Bonus: Up to 20% of base compensation Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 + Benefits including Malpractice, Medical, CME, PTO & more
