Description: Dean of Nursing Location: Aurora, IL Compensation: $105,000 $112,000 annually Schedule: Full-Time Leadership Position Are you a visionary nurse leader ready to shape the future of nursing education? This is your opportunity to lead a dynamic nursing program dedicated to preparing the next generation of healthcare professionals. As Dean of Nursing & Nurse Administrator, you ll play a pivotal role in guiding faculty, supporting students, and ensuring program excellence all while advancing nursing education in your community.
What You ll Do As Dean of Nursing, you will: -
Serve as the academic and administrative leader for the nursing program, overseeing faculty management, student success, and program compliance. -
Recruit, mentor, and develop faculty and Associate Deans, fostering a collaborative and high-performance academic team. -
Ensure curriculum quality and alignment with accreditation and Board of Nursing standards. -
Establish and maintain clinical partnerships to provide students with exceptional real-world training opportunities. -
Monitor and improve key academic metrics such as NCLEX pass rates, program completion, and graduation rates. -
Act as a visible ambassador for the program, representing the nursing school at community events, pinning ceremonies, graduations, and professional gatherings. -
Create an inclusive, student-centered environment that promotes engagement, learning, and retention. What We re Looking For -
