- Board Certified - Family Medicine or internal Medicine
- New Graduates Welcomed
- Preferred Spanish, Creole, or Russian Speaking providers - but not a deal breaker
- 100% Outpatient - Primary care
- Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm - Flexible
- Approx. 20-22 ppd
- Seeing Mostly Ages 18+
- Licensed in New York and DEA
- Salary range: $220-250K - Negotiable
