Team: 3 Doctors, 8 Hygienists
Facility: 14 operatories, fully digital with advanced technology (iTero, Jazz digital X-rays, CBCT, Mouth-Watch Intraoral Camera)
Patient Base: 80% PPO, 20% FFS
New Patients: 20-30 per month
Services Provided: General, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry, including Invisalign & implants
Schedule: Part-time or full-time options available
Candidate Requirements:
- Highly proficient in general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry
- Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
GPR or AEGD training preferred
- Strong communication skills with a focus on patient relationships
- Desire for continuous learning and professional growth
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Salary: $200,000 $350,000
Strong minimum guarantee plus a percentage of collections
