Location: Troy, NY Days Only No Weekends No Call
Salary Range: $114,430 $123,584 (base, not including bonuses/incentives)

Position Overview

A hospital-affiliated wound and ostomy care clinic in Troy, NY is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to join their interdisciplinary team. This full-time, Monday Friday position offers both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities with no weekends, no call, and a deeply collaborative clinical environment. Ideal for NPs experienced in wound and ostomy care or recent grads with a strong interest in this specialty.

Key Responsibilities


  • Perform wound/ostomy site markings, pre- and post-op education, and follow-up care




  • Provide patient-centered care across inpatient and outpatient settings




  • Collaborate with colorectal and urology surgeons, RNs, and support staff




  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to a complex and vulnerable population



Requirements

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner Required
Active NY license or eligibility Required
WOCN Certification Required (no exceptions)
Knowledge of wound & ostomy care Required
DEA or willingness to obtain Required
1+ years' NP experience in wound/ostomy care Preferred
