Candidate Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program with active Board Certification as a NP or a PA
At least 2 years of a NP/PA experience in reproductive/infertility setting required to be considered
- Active New York NP or PA license or eligibility
