Description: Position Overview

The department of pediatrics at Lehigh Valley Reilly Children's Hospital (LVRCH) at Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is a great place to start or continue your career. In addition to the pediatric specialty services provided. LVRCH provides general pediatric care for kids across the region at multiple LVHN locations. There are many opportunities to teach and train medical students, pediatric residents, and advanced practitioners.




Position/Practice info:


Attending in Adolescent medicine. The practice provides comprehensive specialty care to teens, including mental health, reproductive health, eating disorders and developmental concerns. Great opportunities for teaching residents, medical students, and other learners. Our current team includes physicians, advanced practice clinicians, behavioral health counselors, a dietician and a social worker.




In a pediatrics career with LVHN, you'll experience:



  • The region's most pediatric specialties

  • 45 inpatient pediatric beds and a 12 bed observation unit

  • 40 bed Level IV NICU at LVH-Cedar Crest

  • 12 bed Level II PICU

  • 13 bed adolescent psychiatric unit

  • Children's Cancer and Multipurpose Infusion Center

  • 2 Children's ExpressCARE locations

  • The region's only 24/7 children's ER

  • Children's ambulatory surgery center

Qualifications


Job Qualifications:



  • Fellowship trained in Adolescent Medicine

  • A current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
